Abstract

Robert C. Hornbarger, 48, a truck driver from Clearville, Penn., has asked that his April 29 arraignment in Cumberland County Superior Court on charges he falsified his log book be postponed so he can continue treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder. Hornbarger was driving a tractor-trailer on the Maine Turnpike in Falmouth on October 10 when it crashed into a car and killed four teenagers from the Lewiston area. Details.
