Abstract
Residents and officials of Biddeford met yesterday in a mini-town meeting at the fire station in Biddeford Pool to discuss the problems of a community frustrated by high taxes and alienated by city government. The possibility that certain of the city's neighborhoods may seek to secede from the city was not discussed. Biddeford Pool residents will take part in a straw vote in July to determine if they will pursue secession.
