Abstract

U.S. District Court Judge Gene Carter, Maine's chief federal judge, announced that Portland's U.S. Courthouse will undergo a $10 million, 16-month project of renovations beginning in March of 1994. During that time the courthouse will be closed, and all federal trials will be moved to Bangor. Details.
