Abstract

George N. Campbell Jr., a candidate for the District 1 seat on the Portland City Council, yesterday said that if he is elected he will no longer assist businesses that need help in Portland. Campbell's company, Governmental Services Inc., has filed Tax Increment Financing proposals for three businesses this year. Details.
