Abstract

The Center for Defense Industry, a group of defense analysts based in Washington, said the Brunswick Naval Air Station is the last site in Maine where nuclear weapons are stored. The center believes that there are 25 nuclear depth bombs designed for use against underwater targets stored at BNAS, and all 25 bombs will likely be phased out over the next several years.
