Abstract

Members of a panel taking part in Greater Portland Landmarks' lecture series on transportation said the evolving Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act will have a significant effect on Maine. The panel included City Councilor Tom Allen; Greater Portland Council of Governments' transportation planner Joseph Kott; Anne Szostak of Fleet Bank of Maine; and George Neavoll of The Portland Newspapers.
