Abstract

The Windham Wastewater Management Planning Committee has recommended spending $50,000 to $70,000 next year to begin a three-year to five-year study of how the town's growth has affected the aquifer beneath it. The town adopted zoning in 1976, and marked the Route 302 corridor in North Windham for high-density growth, and many are now concerned about pollutants from the concentrated development. Details.
