Abstract

Arnold Paul, president of the largest union at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, yesterday was reappointed to the executive committee of the Seacoast Shipyard Association, the yard's independent lobbying group. Paul quit the committee eight months ago, saying that shipyard unionists didn't have enough say in the association. He now says he is satisfied the workers have ample influence. Details.
