Abstract

Frances Cicero, 40, of Portland, was arrested last week on five counts of aggravated furnishing of marijuana and has been placed on administrative leave with pay from her position as a music teacher in the Lewiston school system. Portland police chief Michael Chitwood said the charges involve five juveniles who attended parties at Cicero's Munjoy Hill apartment. Cicero denied the charges and was placed on leave because of the attention paid the case by the media.
