Abstract

Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) has reached a tentative agreement with Northeast Utilities of Connecticut under which Northeast will pay CMP $8.4 million over several years. The money is to help compensate CMP customers for power sales lost due to the Madison Electric Work contract to purchase electricity from Northeast.
