Abstract
"Maine Issues" piece by Samuel H. Smith of Washington, D.C., former president of the Wolfe's Neck Farm Foundation and son of Eleanor H. Smith, who donated the farm to the University of Southern Maine. Smith says that the recent USM decision to halt creation of an environmental program at the farm is another example of the school's failure to live up to its obligations.
