Abstract

Around 30,000 Boy Scouts and Scout enthusiasts from the United States and Canada attended the three-day 1994 Maine Boy Scout Jamboree this past weekend at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. Organizers, which included the Pine Tree Councils of Boy Scouts of America, the Navy, Marine Reserves and the Maine National Guard, are saying it was one of the largest such events ever held in Maine.
