Abstract

Joseph T. Johns, 21, a transient from Oregon, was arrested and charged with yesterday's holdup of a Key Bank branch on Marginal Way in Portland, which netted $800. Johns, who is wanted in Oregon on several charges, was tracked by a police dog to the basement of Schlotterbeck & Foss Co. on Preble St.
