Abstract

Profile of Ernest L. Copley III of Cumberland Center, who came to Maine three years ago as a senior official of Bethel Bancorp. Copley created the Information Railroad Co. Inc., an electronic bulletin board that he believes is the most cost-effective way for Maine's business world to link together with a single computer network.
