Abstract

"Maine Voices" piece by Diana Dunn and John Wirtz, residents of Portland's Munjoy Hill, who say that the Eastern Promenade is no place for a railroad. Phineas Sprague Jr. of Cape Elizabeth wants to install a narrow-gauge railroad below the Eastern Prom.
