Abstract

Profile of the work and life of Moses Sebunya, the cultural affairs coordinator for the Portland police. Sebunya a Muganda from the Baganda tribe in Africa came from Uganda to Lewiston and learned welding at Central Maine Technical College in Auburn. He worked as a welder while studying at University of Southern Maine and Antioch College. His work now is to address the problems of Portland's large and growing minority population.
