Abstract

New England Motor Freight Inc. of New Jersey has agreed to purchase a 69,000-square-foot trucking terminal in the Scarborough Industrial Park from St. Johnsbury Trucking Co. Inc., which vacated the terminal after filing for bankruptcy last June. New England Motor Freight, with 1992 gross revenues of $70 million, is among the top 150 trucking companies nationwide. The company, purchasing the terminal through an affiliate called Fair Terminal Corp., has a terminal in Gardiner. Details.
