Abstract

The Cape Elizabeth School Board last night voted 7-0 to award an $8.6 million contract to D.L. Poulin Inc. of Brunswick, the low bidder on the renovation of the town's elementary and middle schools. The contract is missing the $186,000 for the proposed art wing, but board members promised to find additional money for it. Administrative and professional fees are expected to drive the cost of the project to more than $11 million. Details.
