Abstract

Brief article reporting that the U.S. Department of Labor yesterday approved a $250,000 grant to help Maine fishermen dislocated by recent federal regulations aimed at halting the decline of groundfish stocks. The project, to be administered by the Cumberland County Training Resource Center, will provide counseling, job search assistance and occupational training.
