Abstract

State Assistant Attorney General William Stokes has asked Kennebec County Superior Court justice Francis Marsano to withdraw the state's April 4 motion to revoke probation for Kenneth Allen, who is serving a four-year probation in connection with the State House ballot-tampering scandal. Terry Michaud, a state probation officer, in April alleged that Allen had failed to live up to the terms of his probation, but Stokes said all the issues had been resolved. Details.
