Abstract
The Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust and the Maine Conservation Corps last week began work on the Bradley Pond Farm Preserve, a 163-acre nature preserve that will be one of the few publicly accessible open spaces in Topsham. Frederick and Florence Call of Topsham, who own and live on the property, began talking to the nonprofit land trust three years ago about securing a conservation easement for the land. The project calls for the construction of four miles of hiking and cross country ski trails, and organizers expect the preserve to be open for the public by fall. Details.
