Abstract

Anthony Sanborn Jr., 21, of Portland, serving 70 years in prison for the May 1989 murder of Jessica Briggs, yesterday lost his appeal to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. In his appeal, Sanborn said he should have been tried as a juvenile and that witness Michelle Lincoln was intimidated by prosecutors. Details.
