Around 80 people yesterday recited an oath of allegiance and the pledge of allegiance as they became naturalized American citizens. Larissa Kotyeva, A Brunswick resident who became a U.S. citizen in October 1955, was the guest speaker at the ceremony, which is held monthly by the federal Immigration and Naturalization Service in Maine.
