Abstract

Members of the Charles A. Warren Patriotic Association, Post 73, Standish, have raised about half of the $50,000 needed to convert the Grand Army of the Republic hall off Route 35A into a Civil War museum. Those involved with the restoration of the building and its conversion believe it has the potential to become a statewide historical attraction.
