Abstract

Johnny J. Boyd Jr., 22, of North Carolina, an enlisted man at Brunswick Naval Air Station, yesterday was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the unprovoked attack Sunday morning on Robbie Orr, 23, of Sanford. Boyd had been scheduled to fly out of the country yesterday for duty in the Mediterranean, but is now being held in the Cumberland County Jail pending an intial court appearance.
