Abstract
Residents of Biddeford Pool tomorrow will cast their ballots in a non-binding vote on whether the neighborhood should secede from Biddeford. The 300 hundred homes in Biddeford Pool account for nearly 9 percent of the city's more than $1 billion in valuation, and account for $1.6 million of the $17.7 million in property taxes raised by the city. Some members of the Biddeford Pool Citizens Association say their neighborhood is being taken advantage of by the city. Details.
