Abstract

The Maine Turnpike Authority is asking the city of Portland for input on the location of a new interchange. One interchange would be located near the Turnpike's Outer Congress Street overpass, while the other would be just south of Exit 8. Five designs for each location are being considered, with one design for each to be submitted in August to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for approval. Details.
