Cumberland County Superior Court justice Robert E. Crowley yesterday found a 39-year-old Afghan refugee who admitted kissing his 2-year-old son's penis guilty of two counts of gross sexual assault. The case has upset many member of Portland's Afghan community, who said that kissing a son's penis is a sign of love and affection in their culture. Details.
