Abstract
The South Portland Board of Appeals yesterday voted not to allow Gotta Dance Inc. of Portland to move into a warehouse the business had wanted to purchase on Thadeus Street. Residents of the Cash Corner neighborhood claimed that the business would generate too much traffic and would attract the wrong kind of people. Eugene Smith, a co-owner of Gotta Dance, said Portland's Downtown Development Corporation has approached the business about staying in Portland. Details.
