Abstract

Brief article reporting that the Falmouth Planning Board on Tuesday gave preliminary approval to developer James Vamvakias for his proposed 68-unit Fairway Villas luxury condominium project at the Woodlands. Vamvakias must now gain site approval from the state Department of Environmental Protection before returning for a final review.
