Abstract

Frank Cook, 29, of Portland, yesterday was arraigned in Cumberland County Superior Court on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and reckless conduct with a firearm. Cook allegedly fired three shots at his former girlfriend, Karen Smith, and her current boyfriend, Norman McKenny, early yesterday morning. Cook and Smith ended their relationship after Smith stabbed Cook in the arm on June 19. Details.
