Abstract

Waterville Mayor Tom Brazier yesterday was indicted on charges of theft by deception, theft by misapplication and tax fraud, and was later released on $25,000 unsecured, personal recognizance bail. Brazier allegedly embezzled at least $71,800 from the American Glass Co. of Waterville and its owner, Reginald Michaud, between 1988 and 1991. Details.
