Abstract

Ann Rondeau, a legal secretary with Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Patios, is angry that a YWCA worker would not help police identify two young men suspected of having stolen her wallet from her office on Congress Street in Portland last week. The two men were followed to the YWCA Street Program building on Forest Avenue, but when police arrived, the YWCA worker would not provide any information on the men on grounds that the nature of the treatment provided by the agency requires confidentiality.
