Abstract

"Pulse" article reporting that Idexx Laboratories Inc. of Westbrook yesterday announced that it has acquired 15 percent equity interest in Purisys Inc. of New York, for a purchase price of $600,000. Purisys, which develops and sells test kits for pollutants such as lead, bacteria, radon and asbestos, markets its products under the brand name Home Diagnostics.
