Abstract

Brunswick Naval Air Station officials yesterday said that newer versions of the P-3 Orion planes will replace the older version currently in use at the base. The upgraded planes, which have advanced computer systems and better acoustic equipment for submarine surveillance, are being restationed from bases in Washington, Hawaii and Florida. Details.
