Abstract

Dance Portland, a celebration of dance featuring a mix of homegrown talent and choreographers and dancers from away, begins Friday with the "Dance of the Sea Dogs." The festival will showcase works by Scott Potter of the Portland Ballet Company, the husband and wife team of Myrna Packer and Art Bridgman, Brian Carbtree, the team of Berg, Jones and Sarvis, and others.
