Abstract

Wright Express of South Portland is an information services company first and a credit card company second, with the distinguishing factor being the detailed monthly report the company issues to each customer. Its cards will be accepted at 95,000 gas stations by the end of the year, more than half the country's total, and its customers include large fleet owners like Sears and Federal Express.
