Abstract

"Close-up" interview with Gao Yan, 51, the governor of China's Jilin Province. Maine has a sister-state relationship with Jilin Province, and Gao Yan believes that there is great opportunity for commerce between the two now that the U.S. Congress has renewed China's most favored nation trade status.
