Abstract

Kevin Bisson, 19, of Biddeford, who died last week when the car he was driving went out of control and hit a guardrail and a tree, had a blood-alcohol level of .11 percent at the time of the incident. William Cote, 16, a passenger in the vehicle, also died in the accident, and two other passengers were injured. Biddeford police and the York County District Attorney's Office are trying to trace the source of the alcohol, and the person who provided it could be charged with manslaughter. Details.
