Abstract

Patricia Goguen, 34, of Belfast, died yesterday morning at a local hospital from several stab wounds to the chest, and her 17-year-old son has been charged with murder. The unidentified boy turned himself in to police shortly after the incident, and is being held at the Waldo County Jail pending a court appearance. Goguen's boyfriend, who was present in Goguen's apartment when the stabbing occurred, called 911 to report that the woman needed medical attention. Details.
