Abstract

The 8-year-old Biddeford boy charged with felony arson for allegedly setting Monday's fire at 39 Franklin Street in Biddeford was released from Jackson Brook Institute on August 10, where he was receiving treatment after being involved in two earlier arson cases. The boy, his mother and 19 others were evacuated after Monday's early morning fire. Details.
