Abstract

Paul's Food Center at 290 Congress Street closed for good on Tuesday night, 14 years after owner Paul Trusiani purchased it. A mainstay for many low- and middle-income residents of Munjoy Hill and Kennedy Park, the 14,000-square-foot store will be the new location for Rite Aid, which currently occupies the space next door. Philip Levinsky, whose family owns the shopping center, said Rite Aid plans to spend $500,000 renovating the building. Details.
