Abstract
The Scarborough Town Council last night voted in favor of applying for a low-interest, $100,000 loan from the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development on behalf of Capricorn Products Inc., which plans to move into the Orion Center on Route 1. The company, founded by Jane K. Harvey of Yarmouth, needs the loan to develop a 4,182-square-foot facility for the manufacture of antibodies, to be used in medical diagnostic test kits. Details.
