Abstract
U.S. District Court Judge Morton Brody yesterday sentenced Henry Lombard to life in prison for conspiracy to possess an illegal firearm and conspiracy to hide evidence. Lombard's brother and co-conspirator, Hubert Hartley II, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation. The conspiracy charges were liked to 1990 execution-style slayings of Morris "Buddy" Martin and Paul Lindsey in Fairfield. Both Lombard and Hartley were tried and acquitted of murder charges in separate trials in state courts.
