Abstract

Steve Hewins, founder and president of Hewins/Carlson Travel Network, said his company and Peoples Heritage Bank will unveil a credit card that will help companies to track and manage their travel expenses. The Maine BusinessCard, with an embossed photo of the Portland Head Light, is designed to compete with American Express' corporate credit card. Cardholders will receive a detailed billing statement at the end of each month, and the cardholder's company will receive a customized master statement that will help it manage travel expenses.
