Abstract

Rosemary Baldacci, 33, campaign manager for and sister to 2nd District Democratic congressional candidate John Baldacci, yesterday resigned from the campaign after Bangor police found her smoking a marijuana cigarette in a parked car. Sheila Long, 33, Baldacci's press secretary, was with Rosemary Baldacci at the time. Both women will receive citations today. Details.
