Abstract

Cumberland County District Attorney Stephanie Anderson wants a Superior Court judge to rule that material seized from J. Henry Lyons III, 31, of South Portland, is obscene. Lyons is charged with molesting an 8-year-old boy, and if the material seized is ruled obscene he can be further charged with distributing obscene matter to a minor. Details.
