Profile of Neal Workman, founder and chief executive of SeaFax, the company that people in the seafood business depend on for information about who is likely to pay their bills. Workman says his clients account for $16 billion of the seafood industry's $18 billion in annual sales. SeaFax annual sales now amount to around $4.5 million.
