Abstract

Joey Gamache of Lewiston will try to regain the World Boxing Association lightweight championship title when he fights Gusshie Nazarov, a former citizen of the Soviet Union now living in Japan. The fight will probably take place on December 10, but negotiations are ongoing. Johnny Bos, Gamache's promoter, is working to have the fight in Portland. Details.
