Abstract

Scott Whitlark of Kennebunk has fished nearly every day this fishing season and has a 17-inch, 2 3/4 pound brook trout now being mounted to show for a great season. Whitlark and some of his fellow anglers think the state should institute more controls on inland fishing, including decreasing the bag limit, increasing the number of catch-and-release rivers and putting more game wardens out in the field.
